When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This little window allows you to unwind, sink into the comfort of selfcare and complete any necessary consultation forms.
It’s your time to transition from the hustle and bustle into our serene oasis.
What if I am running late?
Life happens, and sometimes it makes us a tad late – we totally get it! If you’re running behind, just give us a quick call on (07) 5452 5333
We’ll do our best to perform your full treatment, but please understand that we may have to shorten it if another lovely client is booked after you.
Remember, even if it’s a quick visit, we’ll make it as rejuvenating as possible!
What if I need to Cancel my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and perhaps give another client a chance to step into the Mia Bella experience.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Please note, we can’t process cancellations left on messages on Sundays or public holidays when we’re off recharging our own batteries!
How can I pay for my services?
We’re all about convenience! You can pay using Amex, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Afterpay, Zip-Pay or good old-fashioned cash.
Whichever method makes your life easier, we’re happy to accommodate. It’s like shopping at your favourite boutique – easy, breezy, and always a pleasure!
Can I request a certain staff member?
Certainly! If you’ve connected with a particular Mia Bella expert, don’t hesitate to request them when booking your appointment. We understand the value of that special bond and trust you develop with your favourite therapist. It’s like having a beauty confidante who knows exactly what your skin needs to shine!
But here’s the wonderful part: every member of our Mia Bella team is equally amazing, experienced, and welcoming. We pride ourselves on a collective expertise and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. So, if your preferred therapist isn’t available, rest assured you’ll still receive the full Mia Bella experience.
Each of our therapists is committed to providing exceptional care and results, ensuring your visit is nothing short of fabulous, no matter who you see.
Can I bring my child?
We absolutely adore children, but Mia Bella is designed as a serene sanctuary for adults. We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging, and we empathize with the difficulties this might present.
However, our treatments require attention and precision. and during most treatments you will not be able to care for little ones. Additionally, we strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience for all our clients, which can be disrupted by the presence of energetic little ones. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment solo. It’s your time to relax and indulge, worry-free.
That said, we’re here to help! If you’re unable to find childcare, please give us a call ahead of time. We’ll do our best to schedule your appointment at a time that minimizes the impact on other clients seeking relaxation services. At Mia Bella, we’re committed to accommodating your needs while ensuring a serene and safe experience for everyone.
Health Considerations and your privacy
At Mia Bella, your health and privacy are our top priorities. If your therapist is unwell, we’ll promptly inform you to reschedule your appointment, ensuring your health is not compromised.
Similarly, if you’re feeling unwell, especially with cold or flu symptoms, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. Your consultation form, which is strictly confidential, is crucial for us to understand your health background and tailor our treatments to suit your specific needs.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns at the time of booking, so we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you.
Refund Policy?
We adhere to a no-refund policy for changes of mind on both products and services. However, we will provide refunds where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Our pre-paid packages, offering great value and results, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We’ll calculate your credit by deducting the full price of the treatments you’ve already enjoyed from your package, and the remaining balance is all yours. It’s our way of blending flexibility with unbeatable value, the signature Mia Bella style!

Available for purchase in Australian dollars, these vouchers are non-transferable and valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They can be used in multiple transactions until the total value is redeemed.
Voucher values range from $10 to $999 AUD. Please note, gift vouchers with promotional value are not redeemable against other promotions or for product purchases and cannot be used in our online store.
We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers. As our treatment prices may change due to various factors, vouchers may require a gap payment if the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value.
